This is a story of empty nesters trying to find their way after the last child leaves home. When Wilson Lewis forgets his 29th wedding anniversary, his wife, Jane, is crushed. Now their 30th anniversary is looming in the near future and he is determined to win back the love they shared years ago.
This is a very touching story although I could have done without the flashbacks. The story picked up speed as it moved along and as always with Nicholas's books, it had a great ending.
