WINGS OF REFUGE -STEEPLE HILL -LOVE INSPIRED SERIES/CHERYL WYATT

a_soldiers_family.jpg

For those out there that are of the opinion that all Harlequin, and Imprint, authors are simply "booksellers-out-to-make-a-buck" (I'm sure a few are) ~~ guess again!!  I received a PERSONAL email from Steeple Hill author Cheryl Wyatt thanking me for reading the first selection in her trilogy, "Wings of Refuge," - "A Soldier's Promise" - and for my 'help' making it one of eHarlequin's 10-most blogged about books of the month and a good seller!

Naturally, I do have Manny and Celia's story, "A Soldier's Family", that I will review quite soon. (Manny & Celia have 'supporting roles' in A Soldier's Promise).

Additionally, the third novel of the trilogy will be available in August ~~ so all us faithful readers need to take advantage of that also.

Through it all I've found Cheryl not only to be a magnificient author, but a wonderful, down to earth person that knows the "pulse" of her readers.

Cheryl's books.

I have A Soldier's Refuge and A Soldier's Family waiitng for the next installment and I'm going batty waiting. But I like reading them together so I'll hold on. I mean August is only what - 4 months away?

Reviews like yours are great but they sure are tempting to patient people like me. Laughing

I can't say enough

I can't say enough about these books. They both were great and each had personal issues to solve. They both were so good I really couldn't pick a favorite. I'll be glad to read more of this authors books and if you haven't read her yet, you really should.

I'm chiming in...

with my recommendation to READ THESE BOOKS!

Cheryl's characters are captivating and she writes with such heart that reading the stories are the next best thing to being there.

Fantastic!

No more excuses, just READ!

A SOLDIER'S FAMILY by Cheryl Wyatt

Does that mean you're like me and carry the books around with you just for the sake of carrying them around with you??  There are times and places where/when I KNOW I can't read any books, but yet I still take them along with me, for I like the sense of comfort they give me while I'm holding them.

always have a book with me

I always have a book with me wherever I go.  you never know when the opportunity will present itself to read.

When I ordered the Megan Hart book Tempted, I knew the cover was racy so I sowed myself a book cover with the Disney "Cars" pattern...  I could read the book anywhere :-)

Great review, by the way.  I'm considering adding these to my collection.. :-)

Smiling ALL over

Reviews like this make me smile ALL over.  Did you know that Cheryl aka Scrollsquirrel was a regular here in community before she sold?  Well, to be truthful she's a regular here now AFTER she's sold as well....when her editor lets her free and as her schedule allowsLaughing
