Isabel Novak is a water witch, and she's out for revenge. She's a free spirit, moving freely much like the element she has an affinity for. Thomas Monahan is the head of the coven - what all witches belong to - male and female. [Bad witches are warlocks...] The witches hold dear "Harm Thee None" - but Isabel is going rogue.

Her sister was killed by a demon, conjured up by warlocks, and she's got a vandetta to take care of. She's going warlock hunting.

The coven brings her to their headquarters, where Thomas and Isabel are instantly attracted to each other. He's an earth witch... and those two also - conveniently- have an affinity for each other.

This was a great book, with the interaction between Isabel, the free spirit, and Thomas, the leader of the coven with all his responsibility. Then, there's the demon who is methodically killing witches, and has a crush on Isabel - even though he plans on killing her.

This was a great book - with some expected events. I'm definitely looking forward to the others!
