Without A Trace - Nora Roberts

This is the final book in the O'Hurley saga. Trace O'Hurley had left his family long ago - amongst tears from his sisters, and anger from his father.

He was on vacation when Gillian Fitzpatrick showed up on his doorstep. She was frightened and desperate, her brother and niece had just disappeared. Trace was her only hope, with the connections and expertise she was told he had.

Would Gillian be able to convince Trace to help her? Would they work together, amongst the immediate attraction the two felt?

I think this was my favorite of the 4. Trace was this invisible character through out the other 3, always mentioned but never seen. It added to the mystery, and when you found out what he had been doing, it all clicked. Quite good, and it had me in tears at the end. Not the best scenario while driving - especially during rush hour!
