The Writer's Journey: Mythic Structure For Writers 3rd Edition

This one is definately a keeper if you are an aspiring romance novelist!  Vogler breaks down and explains the structure of myths in an easy to read and understandable way.  He uses tons of examples from current novels and films to demonstrate his points.  Beautiful illustrations too.

Excellent reference book!  If you were only to buy one book on the craft, you might consider this one.  Very eye opening.
