Okay, so I believe I've nixed the Desire line as one I could write for - at least for now. I thought I came up with a decent plot, and even a likable hero. Problem: couldn't come up with a plausable reason for the H and h to get together. Bleah...
I've been tweaking a challenge entry to possibly create a Spice Brief. It doesn't really look anything like the challenge anymore, except for some of the elements that had been required. Anyhoo, I don't know if I "Spice"d it up enough. I'm going to run it past a couple of CPs to see what they think. I'd like to ask some of the "Spice Chicks" , but I'm shy, not wanting to be a pest, chicken.
Should I submit and get that first R out of the way? Should I just chalk it up to good practice even when others tell me to not give up? The thought of actually pressing a send button of submission on something makes me nervous. *banging head against monitor*
Anyhoo, at least my ideas seem to be flowing for a Noc Bite idea to pitch. If I get really productive, I may have two (especially since i've gotten a few go for it prods from my other challenge entry that would fit Noc). I'm aiming short word count right now because I'm not sure I'm verbose enough to go full length.
Don't argue with idiots. They will drag you down and then beat you with experience.
