Header PromotionI knew that June was coming, I just wasn't ready for it is all. Not only are we at the beginning of the halfway point through the year (how the heck did that happen?), but J.R. Ward's 6th book in her Black Dagger Brotherhood series ~ Lover Enshrined ~ and Phury's story is out this month... although some lucky members of the SLATB have managed to acquire and even read a copy. Ah well, I'll get mine too... soon! But enough of what is to come.
May was a so-so month; I ran into some depression problems ~ I'm still dealing with it and it's still so-so ~ so my reading stats, and just about everything else, took a nosedive. Although to be honest, 27 books read in a month isn't bad... it's just last year I was doing, for the most part, at least a book a day. But them's the breaks, eh?
My harlequin versus other stats are still in good form: in May the numbers were 16 harlequin and 11 other, so definitely better than 50/50. My yearly totals are 109 h/s to 52 other ~ even better.
I also did not too bad on reading books from my TBR; but I didn't really keep track of those numbers, but on the whole I read at least 80% of my books came from my TBR.

It won't be out this side of the Atlantic until at least the
12th, so I've ordered it in the States, and then I'll have to bug a friend to post it on quickly
But I've waited patiently for eight and a half months, I think I can wait a little longer
