Zachariah and Becky share a wild week of steamy sex before he has to ship back off as a Marine. In a last moment of sexual bliss he asks her to marry him and she agrees. Fast forward, tour is over, and Zach is coming home to Becky. While he was gone she was dealing with family issues, her new law firm, and death threats. Add to that she didn't tell anyone she got married. Now Zach wants to pick up where he left off and Becky's all for a continuation of their sexual relationship but doesn't know where he fits into the rest of her life.
I liked this for its predicatability. You have a full out hero intent on protecting his woman, a damsel in distress who doesn't want to burden her marine, an over protective father, an all knowing mother, and a courtship that just tugs at the heart.
