A bit of a different read for Patterson, with more of the flavor of Stephen King with the mysterious (and appearing supernatural) twists and turns. I don't want to give away too much to spoil it for you but the heroine is involved in a lover's triangle by being in love with a married man so her plight with this dilemma as well as a reoccuring nightmare has her on edge day to day to find out if she is losing her mind and how to claim the love of her heart.
It's never too late to be what you might have been --George Eliot
