I was extremely pleased with BP's final report card. She did wonderful and her art teacher wrote a note saying that he was sad to see her go because she has been his dream student since kindergarten. :) LOL she asked me not to brag about her grades but since you asked, I'm just answering the question. She got 4 A+'s and 1 A.

But, she is lucky she is going to Heart Camp tomorrow though. This week I wouldn't claim she is a good kid (except at Vac. Bible school where she has been an angel). She gave me and Rob such attitude last night and while we were shopping. I was so tempted to tell her she was grounded and wasn't allowed to go camping. Summer is definitely here. She is a totally different kid, lol.

go put my feet up, well after I get some laundry started. I worked the VBS today and am quite sore.

Yes, FF, I should say no. I did tell them there was no way I could be there every day but I would attempt every other. I'm only working Tues. and Thurs. next week.

Nice new room.  I thought they might have fixed the glitches but looks like they are here to stay. It's a pity you know but I think it's the way of most forums these days.

Kim BP's grades are excellent.  I'm not expecting too many A's for Skylar at the moment :)  She'll get there.

Good thing we don't live close for once. BP is going through an EXTREMELY clumsy stage. She can't walk through a room without kicking/bumping into something. Last night she stubbed her toe when she was coming over to give me a hug. I asked her didn't that hurt when she kept coming without a pause. She said she was used to it since it has happened so much lately, poor kid. But, I get kicked in the leg/ankle/foot anytime I sit near her. LOL She's gone up a shoe size in a little more than a month.

I will tell BP about your praise for her. She is at Heart Camp right now. We brought her there this morning. I think she will have lots of fun. We pick her up on Sunday morning and then on Sunday afternoon, she leaves with my mom and sister for a week long camping trip at Alleghany State Park. We will go out and spend one day with them.

to BP on the stellar report card. Here's hoping that she enjoys her camping outings and that the attitude is put into check.

My foot is itching.  I am so glad I have this boot cast insead of plaster!  I slept a lot and managed to get some work done via my laptop.  Surfer man was fetching and carrying for me this morning (he decided to take a day off from work).  He and my brother got this motorcycle to run, so now every chance he gets, he goes riding around the block!  I told him the bike is not registered, so if he gets caught, he's paying the fines.  He's working for my mom's landscaper neighbor again this summer.He starts 9th grade the last week of July.  They hardly get a summer vacation any more.  We use to get 11-12 weeks, they get about 8!

I hope that your toes heal good on their own, and that you will not need the surgery later on.  Healing thoughts being sent your way.

Those updates from Microsoft for Windows raised all kinds of havoc in not wanting to play with my fire wall.  It would not let me onto the Internet at all..........

We have been getting really erratic weather.  Storms of thunder, wind and lightening. Also funnel clouds that have shut down highways and two tornadoes just outside of town...........Sheesh!! But hey the powers to be at the weather stations are going to do a study to see what is causing this unusual and erratic weather.......Now that is going to help us a lot........

Extremely hot during the day, and then all the bad weather breaks in the late afternoon.  But what better thing to waste money on than a study!!!

***Papaya*** and the toe injury.  Sounds painful.  Praying it heals nicely so you don't need the fusion.

and a Great Big Thank you for the Birthday wishes.  They really meant alot to me this year.

I had bought advance tickets for bracelet night and hadn't told the girls.  I surprised them last night with a free reign run at the fair grounds. 

Thank goodness I bought the bracelets.  After counting up the rides and possible ticket outpouring I would have had to purchase about $100 compared to the $32 for both girls all night. 

They had a blast.  Madie went on a big ride, the rocking ship one that goes back and forth.  She won't be doing that again.  Poor thing cried and cried once it got really going.  She was scared she was going to fall out.

Bekah climb the rock wall like a little monkey and they both went on the Jumping straps.  The one that is like a reverse bungi jumping thing.  Madie rode the ponies twice and they both and numerous rides on all the other rides. 

They behaved so well that I caved in a got cotton candy for the ride home at 10:30 pm.  They were to tired to eat it so they had it today. 

I go back today and tomorrow to the fair grounds to help out at the Demo Derby.  The girls may be coming out tomorrow night and will get to watch the Derby for free for helping me check in cars (Madie usually hands out the water).
