As with all publishers, you'll receive a call in which you are informed of the desire to purchase and contract will be discussed with you or your agent (if you have one).

The editor will then send a revision letter/edit letter and a few months down the line, the book goes on sale. Of course, each of these stages is detailed, so I'm a bit vague, but that's it in a nutshell.
