Hey Wolfe!  I'm interested in any reading material I can get my hands on.  I'm looking for a CP as well.  I usually write paranormal romance and fantasy romance, but I dabble in a little bit of everything, as I'm not one specialize.  I prefer to write whatever suits me; It's very dependant on my mood.

I'm not really into the "erotic" romance genres at all, I'm strictly inspirational (which means very conservative and non-explicit). I might not make a good CP for work that emphasizes the "desire" stuff. But let's talk.

Wolfe, I apologize, but I'm afraid I won't be able to critique for you.  I feel it would be unfair to both of us if one of us is getting a full critique and the other is only getting a partial.  I do wish you the best of luck finding someone suited to your needs. 

Maureen (mmmmmm6), I posted this to you in the Submission Care Group, just in case you stopped in there again, and here hoping you would see it. 

I'm looking for a CP as well.  I haven't been able to find one in my area (Oahu) and have been told that this is a great place to find one.  I love reading, am supportive, and have been told I give a solid critique.  If your interested, let me know.

I'm not too sure how this works so I'll just post :)

I'm looking for a critique partner since in my critique group, critiquing another person's chapter does not gaurantee you'll get a critique in return, and sometimes you have to wait nearly two months, though to be fair it wasn't always like that and I have gotten some great help with my book, but I think they've all forgotten about me and no one's telling me if my story just got boring or not.

My novel's a medieval, complete and half way through the second draft, and takes place in 1311, but I enjoy reading paranormals and regencies too, if anyone has something they'd like me to look at I'd be glad to help out.

Hi:

I'm looking for someone willing to do a trade. I have something written that I would like to have an objective eye look at. My poor husband has been subjected to it thus far picked out a few things, I've listened objectively and been going through editing.

This is a very heavy erotic sci fi fantasy fiction story taking place in three worlds. There are angels, demons, vampires, and many other mythical creatures. It's something that should probably be within your comfort zone. A lot of limits are pushed. I have to say this up front. I am aiming for Spice.

I'm looking for a CP also. I write Erotic Romance and write in paranormal/urban fantasy genres so the vamps, mystical creatures, fantasy elements don't bother me. I have one novella published and another about to be release in Feb. Heavily erotic, steamy, sexy and sensual writing doens't bother me. I'm also aiming for Spice.

I am looking for anyone that would like to critique a Historical but it would be steamy in some places. I could critique historicals or modern romances. Hi all, I am currently working on 2 books.  These are targeted to the SuperRomance Line.  I have several ideas for more in the future, including even some paranormal.  It will be a long while before I feel comfortable enough to embark on those.   If anyone is interested.. I only have the first 2 chapers written on one of them.. Hi, there:

I'm new to the forums and looking for a potential critique partner. At this point, I'm about 20,000 words into my Superromance-targeted manuscript and, although I'm nervous about showing it to anyone, it feels like it's time to take the plunge.

It may help to know that, in my working life, I am an editor/writer for a trade publisher, so I analyze and suggest changes to the work of other writers every day. (Most of them are economists, so it's pretty dry stuff... romance would be a nice change!)

I'm writing historicals and hoping for a critque partner. I'm in the UK and use British English, just in case that's a turn-off for anyone! All those crazy spellings....my latest is almost a Regency, set  around 1800 but I do other periods too.

Critique partner for erotic romance

Hi folks,

I'm new here so my fingers are crossed that I do this right.  I'm looking for a critique partner for erotic romance aimed at the Spice line.  My main strengths are characterization, plotting, POV.  My main weakness is grammer.  Oh, and those pesky commas. I work fairly quickly.  I've had epubbed a futuristic and have recently sold a romantic suspense and m/m historical to an epub. 

Would love to have an open, honest exchange with someone.  Having been on the receiving end of crits designed to damage (and I have a thick skin), I offer honest opinions and suggestions along with pointing out what I think works.  If interested, please email me at alvania8196@msn.com.

Hey Melissa, I'm a pretty hardcore fan of Harlequin Presents books,
I've read at least 1000 probably!  I am not a writer myself, so it wouldn't be a symbiotic partnership.  But I'd
give your story a good solid read if you wanted and follow up with you.  I'm probably more

Janet, that sort of reader critique is worth its weight in gold. You may just find yourself inundated with requests to read! I would love to have you give my current story a going over before I submitted it (that's a long way off yet, I'm only just starting the first draft!).
