Before Thanksgiving Comes- An Emotional Read

This was an emotional story. Allison has a secret that she does not talk about, but the closer her relationship with Jake Walthers become she knows that she has to tell him that she is a recovering alcohalic. She is just waiting for the right time. This story brought tears in my eyes esp. when Allison is trying to deal with her alcohalism and doubting that Jake would understand.

Once Upon a Thanksgiving-A sweet read

I thought this was cute sweet story. I liked Harry and Samantha's interactions. Just what I think people would behave. I did have some problems with how Samantha's third grade daughter was protrayed. Her behavior reminded me of a first grader not a third grader. I kept seeing my first grader in her behavior but other then that I enjoyed it.

Devastated by the discovery of a terrible family secret, Patrick Devaney put a No Trespassing Sign on his battered heart and shut out the world. Then Alice Newberry, who had her own wounds to heal, burst into his life and coaxed him out of hiding with her red-hot kisses.
