 <title>40 Years of Ham Radio</title>

  Last week I got a real surprise in the mail.  A big white envelope came from the American Radio Relay League (called the ARRL).  They usually send out certificates for ham radio awards in the flat, white envelopes, and Merri and I have gotten a few over the years.
