My Sister's Keeper

I've recently become a slave to public transportation, which has been great because I was able to dive into this book and read in day in and day out. The one problem with the TTC is that being a somewhat bumpy ride, I can't leave my bookmark in my lap like I normally would, so I've had to slip it into the book about 50 pages ahead.

I own and have read every single Sophie Kinsella book available and although I feel like I'm quickly growing out of the target group, I still feel that I need to read them all...just because.

Fat Girl

I picked this book up because I heard it was a good read, I'm not quite sure how I felt after reading this. It's a true story about the author's childhood and growing up fat. I was half expecting her to pick up an eating disorder halfway through but she made a point of mentioning that this book isn't about getting an eating disorder and overcoming it, it's just about being fat.

The Break-Up Club

A coworker had passed along this Melissa Senate book to me a while ago and mentioned she was a great author. This was completely true, I'm currently on the hunt for her other books.

This book focuses on the lives of 4 people, The Break-Up Club. They work for the same publishing company and some are related, some live together and some are competing for the same job.

After reading my first SPICE book last year, I was a bit traumatized...to say the least, I don't even think I was able to finish it. I decided to give the series another go after hearing what a fantastic writer Megan Hart was.
