The actions are murky, but the story is solid. I think you should read it and form your own opinion.

Suzanne Brockmann is a genius. She juggles several story lines at one time. There is always one storyline that is being developed over several novels and one storyline which is resolved by the end of the current novel.

It's a great story, but too complex for me to get into here without becoming a spoiler.
