Provence A-Z
This is the third and final book that I read on my French vacation. And how fitting to read Provence A-Z while in Provence.
Silent in the Sanctuary
So after reading Silent in the Grave, I was extremely excited to read Silent in the Sanctuary. This book had been sitting on my bedside table for awhile, just waiting for me to dive in. And my question is: Why did I wait so long???
Bonjour Tristesse
This is the other book that I read on my French vacation. The second week, we rented a house close to Cannes. The woman who owned the house had quite an extensive book collection. I picked up Bonjour Tristesse immediately, as I had heard about it, and knew that it caused quite a stir in France and America in the 50's.
The Diplomat's Wife
After finishing The Kommandant's Girl, I couldn't wait to dive into The Diplomat's Wife. I was really interested in reading about Marta's continuing story, and her version of the events that occured in The Kommandant's Girl.
Silent in the Grave
After many recommendations, I finished reading this book in February. I really liked it, as I enjoy a good murder mystery. The characters were well described, and I liked the feistiness of Lady Julia and her chemistry with Brisbane. Silent in the Sanctuary is in my "to read" pile, so I am excited to see Lady Julia's story continue.

Because her parents often chose not to help themselves or their familiy, the Walls children often took on the parental role. Her tales are heartbreaking, and well as unbelievable. This book also raises interesting
Tempted
This is the first Spice book I have ever read, and I really enjoyed it! Lots of spicy sex scenes, but also a good storyline. I have mixed feelings about the ending though. I would definitely read another Spice book by the same author.
