Slightly different to the other books as Riley is not involved with anyone or into casual daliances. As with all the others, there is the cases that need to be solved, so the mystery is good (and gruesome too). And of course, Quinn makes a reappearance. Missed him in the last book.

Book 2 of the hugely popular Artemis Fowl series. I thoroughly enjoyed it - fast paced, witty and a great read. Artemis has dealings with The People again - this time they think he's behind goblin attacks. But Artemis has his own problems - namely a ransom on his presumed dead father.

Another good read in the Stephanie plum books. She's still confused about the men in her life and still has wild crazy relatives and friends. Fun read. Cool ending.

Angel Baker is Retribution Specialist with Kung Fu skills in Chicago's world in around 2100. There's mystery surrounding her mum's disappearance and in enters Detective Marco. Nice action and touching scenes. Enjoyed the read.

A truly fanastic story of Charlotte Badger (who is a real historical figure) and a life in Australia and NZ during colonial times. The main characters all have their unique POV which emphasises the differences in their character.
