Rhett Butler's People

challenge_name:

I confess to loving the great American novel Gone With The Wind, even though I need to clarify that I DON'T agree with all of it's controversial language.  With that said, this new sequel, written by a man, and authorized by the Margaret Mitchell estate, basically coincides with Mitchell's original - only with a twist.  Get this... it's mostly from Rhett's POV!

Okay, I'm actually losing sleep over my character....

This has to be first for me.  I feel a little nutty even blogging this, but I do like to hear everyone's suggestions and pointers.  And I take my writing very seriously, as the characters usually come from some deep place in my heart.  This is scary sometimes....

challenge_name:

This had a familiar theme - the whole love in Paris romance.  But it was written in a saucy and fun way.

Heart of Fire

This is a great book, especially if you love historicals.

All About Evie

challenge_name:

This the first book of the terrific 'Evie' duo from Beth Ciotta.  And, since she's currently working on her third, it will soon become a trio.
