The Private Concierge has a diverse cast of characters who all have flaws which truly makes them so very realistic and likable.   This is an interesting study of what drives people to do an assortment of things to get ahead. 

Gillian Ridgeway (code name Jade) has decided to be an OMEGA operative like her parents.   She is attracted to Mike Callahan (Hawkeye).  He does not want her to become an agent, but he is over-ruled and soon they are on their way to China to seek out smuggled animals that have a deadly virus.  I always enjoy reading about the different agents of OMEGA. 

MacKayla (Mac) Lane is hunting for her sister Alina's killer.  She is willing to work with the fae V'Lane, and Jericho Barrons owner of the book store that she lives above.  You have to be patient because the ending was not upbeat but I guess there is hope because you know two more books are coming in this series.

Sierra McIntyre is a reporter for a tabloid in Crystal City.  She comes from a wealthy family but hides that knowledge.  She has a dust bunny named Elvis. 

John Fontana is the boss of the Ghost Hunter Guild in Crystal City.   He had originally planned on using Sierra's contacts for his own purpose but once  he met her he knew he had to marry her.

Jackson (Jack) Crowne has to crash land his plane.  Rachael Abbott who has just escaped a drowning attempt, helps him drag his passenger from the plane before it explodes.  Sherlock and Savitch are friends with Jack, so they are ready to help Jack and Rachael.

Interesting story that has you wondering who is trying to kill Rachael and Jack's passenger.

Lucy Sharpe wants Wade Cordell to work for the Bullet Catchers.  He is a expert marksman sniper who wants no part of killing anymore.  Lucy convinces him to go to the Caribbean and convince Vanessa Porter to go see her birth mother. 

I love Catie's writing.  The characters, plots, storylines have such depth to them.   This is a fast paced series that caught my interest from page 1. 

Cilla McGowan was a child star and the granddaughter of a well-known movie star who died at 39.  After dabbling at many things she finds that she really enjoys rehabing houses.

Aidan is a master of time.  After his son Ian is deliberately killed by his father, his life of saving innocents is changed to hunting down and killing his demon father.
