My Profile
Hi Jayne
I've just logged in to the new site today and like the new format. I'm still finding my way around and playing with my profile. I added a picture which didn't work too well; tried deleting it several times and submitting new ones but the old one won't budge (even though the screen says I succeeded.) Any clue about why this isn't working?

I love easy fixes. Thanks, Barbara, I will give that a try. Hope you're enjoying Roxanne's book (she's a pal; I'm biased; but she writes wonderful stories.)

Vows and a Vengeful Groom
Just finshed Vows and a Vengeful Groom last night. Very good book. Had more depth than Desires often do. I enjoyed both Kim and Ric. Now I can't wait for the rest of the series. I'll review more fully on the challenge board later tonight. Thank you
Linda

Vows & A Vengeful Groom
Linda, very glad you enjoyed my book -- and Kim and Ric -- and looking forward to reading your review.
Jayne, I really like the way the new site encourages/presents reviews of books. I followed the link from the home page yesterday and wished I'd just read a book to keep going and do the review. Unfortunately I'm in writing mode and had nothing to review!

Didn't Know Where to Ask This...
Hi Jayne, I don't know if this is right place, but I thought I'd give it a shot.
I don't know if you've been in the cave lately, but we're having a very sad time right now as we've lost a family member: Valerie's Croc Hunter.
The Bats have need of a place to gather in real time on Thursday the 17th, 6 pm-8 pm US Eastern to fwap and toast the Croc Hunter. We'd like to use the chatroom here at eHarlequin, if that's possible. Since we can't get to Australia by fwapping (Lord knows we would if we could), we thought we'd gather at the same time as when the services are happening in a chat.
An answer here, or in the Cave, or even in the comments section of one of my blog posts would work. :D
Thanks for your help!

Such sad news....
Laura,
I've opened a room for your group, you'll see it on the Chat room list and it's open as of now. I've made it a private room, so as to be discreet and prevent folks from accidentally wandering in. You'll see it listed as In memory of the Croc Hunter. I've added a note regarding the con-flap-gration in the header of the Bat Cave thread, I'll try to pop in and pay my respects.

It's Just Me
I use to traverse the Spice community because I entered a Spice Brief, only to be turned down. That's okay, as most things are with me. I also entered The Big Finish 1 and you guessed it, even with all my brilliant writing,I was not picked. But I am on a mission. I am entering The Big Finish 2 with all the gusto I can muster. So howdy all and good luck to those that enter.
What makes me...me?
Meeting the love of my life, help take care in the raising of my two daughters and experiencing perfect love for the first time...the birth of my grandson.
Other than that, I am an apprentice story teller and am willing to try and try again until I get it right.

What makes me me?
the fact that I'm a readaholic?
I am totally flabbergasted at the idea that in the last twenty four and
a half months I have read and blogged one thousand eight hundred and
eighty one books and that rereads are not counted in that total
I think it's even more flabbergasting that having read that many books I still have a husband and family that loves me
That's why my bio is limited to that information
those who know and love me know more about me
the others - that's all they need to know to start with
I've always said it's just as well I'm not addicted to drink or drugs
, just a nice healthy sustainable addiction
