But as usual I'll comment and put up a copy of my Summer Blaze Anthology for the winner. ;)

I'm so thankful this is on... have been missing all my shows -- I hear there's a chance the writer's strike could be close to ending -- please please please!

I mean, I can't figure if JFP was just faking it in the sense that he and Pavarti were talking about making his wanting to go home a strategy to throw them off the scent and then they'd vote out Eliza... so was he just making the best of it at the end, he was just a little too convincing and was hoisted by his own petard (what IS a petard, btw?).

Ok, so I missed getting this in before the first episode but better late than never, right?  I will pick Ozzie to win.  Although if the favorites stay as cocky as they are the fans may just blow them away.  They better start playing like they have something to prove.

Yes -- and did you notice the music they were playing with Ozzie and Amanda? It was so "porny" LOL

Was an interesting night, though -- I wonder if they will always combine the challenges now because of so many people and so much going on...

I liked the two challenges. 

Did they show the two girls on exile island?

My Cirie is still there with a lot to say.  I like her.

She said they should treat her well for her vote, then she is sitting on the boat thing like they are taking her down the Nile.

So now the faves are divided into three - four - and one.

I completely agree, Sam.  But, you know what I've noticed... MOST seasons the girls really have backwards thinking. There are a few who think things out and play the game smart, but alot of times they go on a whim and play just for that week. You know what I mean?

In the meantime, I'm so glad that James is still in it!!  I'm still rooting him on!

I hope it's not too late- it took me forever to find this place again!  OUr computer died and getting the new one setup took forever- then talk about remembering all my favorites....

Anyway, if it's not too late I'll pick Ami.  I don't think she has a chance but you never know....

LOL @ Sam.... aren't we all dangerous when we read!  Sorry the rules changed a couple of seasons ago when all of the "spoiler sites" became so prevalent.   

What can anyone say about Ozzy's performance during the water challenge other than AMAZING!!!    It seemed as if he stayed under water for an etertinty.  Not to mention how it appeared he found the Immunity Idol relatively easily.  Loved that he had time to carve out a dummy idol....please oh please let someone find it and try to use it!  That would be totally entertaining.

I still think even Cirie isn't thinking down the line -- if they continue to lose each challenge, they won't have numbers going into the merge, and they'll all just get picked off. It seemed short-sighted. I think the other group is really bonding, or they seem to be, and they would probably stick together -- I don't think it will break down to Fans/Faves in the merge.

And you know, there's something about Cirie and the way that she plays that I just don't like. I can't put my finger on it. I have always enjoyed players like the two Robs, and even JFP never bothered me, but there's something about her that really makes me annoyed. I would like to see her hoisted by her own petard, I think. No offense to anyone who chose her...

They are dropping like flies.  They started with twenty contestants.  Usually sixteen.  Probably planned a few double elimination nights. Might not have to do that now.

I totally agree with you Sam.  I'm disgusted by anyone who quits.  If you are a so called super fan don't try to tell us that you had no idea it would be this bad.  I think she said something like they only show it raining for like 30 seconds so she didn't know it would be an all day thing.  Give me a break.  I never once thought watching previous seasons that they only got a little rain . . it looked horrible and probably something I would never sign up for.  Anyway, I feel really bad for Airai even though I am rooting for the Malakal tribe.  Just look at how much Johnathan was wanting to be in the game . . and I think he would have kept going even if he couldn't walk.

I felt really, really bad for Jonathan...

sad to see him go -- I think he was getting so cocky, that I was glad to see him taken down a peg. I mean, his final remarks were so rude -- what a bad sport! LOL So, he's saying how Jason is being so naive and stupid to trust anyone, and yet he obviously thought he could trust everyone -- and then he gets mad when someone plays the game the same way he does? He just thought he was more in control than he pretended...

I wouldn't mind seeing James win, actually, or almost any of the others, except for Parvati -- would like to see her voted out, too..

Wow, this season is definitely the year of blind sides.  I loved how excited the jury was that they pulled it off.  Very entertaining.  Amanda played it up just right and the way Parvati did it made her look pretty good since she was upfront about not voting against Amanda.

He really is the dumbest Survivor ever -- James was hysterical...LOL

Well I am shocked that Parvati won.  I understand why the girls (Alexis and Natalie) would vote for her, and I guess Cirie, even though if Parvati won there would be no way she would have taken Cirie and I doubt that Cirie would have taken Amanda had she won, but people get bitter I guess.  The way Ozzy was acting I thought he was going to propose or something . . too funny.

 Well congrats to anyone that picked Parvati.  Hopefully next season is as entertaining as this one.
