Hired by the Cowboy by Donna Alward

I've been thinking recently about what makes a good marriage of convenience story, and I think Donna Alward has done a fabulous job on this front with her story Hired by the Cowboy. I really enjoyed this story. The heroine was out on a limb. The need to care for her baby impacted on her decisions, fate had a bit of a hand, too, and the hero, we could just tell, was going to be wonderful for her -- eventually!

Jennie!

This popped up in my travels today!

Thanks for your lovely words.  I kind of have a soft spot for Connor and Alex still.

Loved this story!

Hello Jennie!

I bought this book because I'd 'met' Donna kind of through the net... I had not read the back of the book or had a clue what it was about, though I thought it was a 'sweet' romance from the cover.  Cool  I'm a hard sell on sweet, usually easily bored but though this book is exactly that, it was not a boring read.   I absolutely loved this book!  It had enough twists and so forth that I either was smiling or wipping away tears.  I have recommended it to many people.

Hired By the Cowboy

Hi Donna and Cole,

Donna, you're welcome. I really enjoyed this book. Techs had to reset my membership to get me onto the new site. I think that's why the post says anonymous. The thrills and spills of a site upgrade!

Hugs

Jennie
