Our-church-is-having-the-annual-'Eggstravaganza'

on-Saturday.They-stuffed-over-5,000-plastic

eggs.They-will-have-a-play-and-games-for-kids.

People-who-don't-belong-to-any-church-see-the

sign-and-attend-the-event.

A-couple-from-our-church-is-originally-from

Kenya.The-husband-was-the-janitor-at-our

church-while-working-for-his-PhD.He-went-to

Kenya-to-assume-the-position-at-the-University.

Once-the-elections-happened-the-majority

ethnic-group-which-he-belongs-to-voted

against-the-military-in-power.They-refused

to-leave-office-and-started-the-ethnic-cleansing.

Anyway,he-received-death-threats-and-was-told

to-return-to-the-states.The-ticket-was-originally

$2500.His-wife-found-a-discount-at-$1200-but

didn't-have-the-money.She-borrowed-the-funds.

Our-church-took-a-love-offering-so-she-could

pay-back-the-money.The-offering-came-to-$2300.

He-got-back-here-yesterday.To-thank-the-church

they-will-cook-a-banquet-of-their-native-foods

and-serve-it-after-service-Easter-Sunday.

That photo is just too too funny!  Thanks for sharing it. 

 You also have a Blessed Easter. 

I and me youngest bought the Easter Basket candy yesterday (we still have a "giant main basket" that sits on the Dining Room Table) and we bought 3 dozens eggs.  Sooooooo.....yesterday we did the easy stuff.......making the Easter Basket with the Candies, Bunnies, and such.....while today we colored ALL those eggs (trust me -- family members are going to take home Easter eggs with them).  All the "family gang" is showing us here and it promises to be a good time by all!
