Now, really, we have nothing equivalent to this, which could look like the poster was about to (how shall I say this politely? Hmmm. I guess there isn't a polite way) hurl. The new sealed smilie 
looks more like either a kidnap victim or someone visiting a hospital patient with MRSA. (And I should know: I had to wear those silly masks when visiting my beloved patients.) Not that there's anything wrong with it; it's just different.... (Thinking of the hardworking graphic artist who came up with the concept and not wanting to hurt his or her feelings.)
