I think I've made it no secret that I adore romantic comedy... Over the years, there's one author I've fallen in love with because she does it so naturally. I won't admit to how long I've been reading her books, because it'll make one (or both) of us sound a bit older than we'd probably like, so I'll just say, I've been reading her for a long time.
Anyway, it's my honor and privilege to host Elizabeth Bevarly this week discussing her You've Got Male series.
If you love romantic comedy, not only do you have to come meet her, but you've got to pick up her books. You won't regret it.

I love Elizabeth Bevarly!
I love, love these books (not absolutely sure I've read the third, but can now)! This has one of my favorite heroines of all time and I love her solution of as to how she can leave her apartment -- she has agrophobia. If you haven't read this series do try -- I promise you will enjoy.

Hi, Everyone!
Well, in typical my-brain-is-mush fashion, I just realized this thread was here. I've been watching and posting on a different one. So I apologize most profoundly for just now showing up. Yeesh. I am so sorry, you guys.
But hi, everyone! And thanks for all the nice words!

*waves madly*
Hi Liz. I may as well get this out of the way first: I miss SquawkRadio so much. Boo Hoo H... OK. I'm done.
So, how are you? I'm thrilled to see so many more books coming our way. What is the latest project you're working on? And any new recommendations on music?
See you at SF.

Got Books?
Books, books, books.
Waving back at you, Keira! I miss Squawk, too, but I must say we've all been wildly productive with our extra time now.
Right now, I'm working on the final installment of my Kentucky Derby trilogy, which will be out, I think, in Spring 2009. The first, FAST & LOOSE is out this month (yep, I have two, count 'em TWO books out this month), and the second, READY & WILLING, will be out in November. Plus, I'm still dabbling with a mainstream idea I've had for some time now and have been trying to put together a proposal for for about six months. Unfortunately, my !@#$% reality keeps intruding on that.
And now that we're about to up our house up for sale... Well, reality will be intruding even more, alas.
And yep, Terri, YOU'VE GOT MALE is part of a trilogy, though it technically doesn't have a name. (I just call them my "spy books.") And the trilogy was actually set up by a stand-alone book, JUST LIKE A MAN, that came out before them. So, technically, there are four books in the series. I tried to write them, though, so that they didn't have to be read in order to get the full enjoyment.

TWO YAY!
That's right you have TWO books out this month. WOW! You all have been very productive. And a Kentucky Derby series! YAY big hats. As you know, I look forward to all your books, but books on huge hats is extra-special.
What's with RL intruding on writing and R & R (as Jayne put it "red wine and rowdiness")?
All the best with the sale of your house and moving (eek!). At least the weather's perfect for doing this, right?
Many hugs...

Well, spring in KY is always unpredictable, Keira, but so far, so good.
