Well...for some of us, we're NOT writers (about the only things I write are chore lists for the boy that I magnet onto the icebox)...so no RWA for me! And that definately means no RITA for me in the near future! However, I was thinking this A.M. about the R.R.W..! (held in Detroit, Michigan, USA, (me hometown) this year) ~~ The Romance Readers of the World!! I don't know if such a thing really exists, but here goes: we all sit around in comfy chairs in my Great room and read our favorite books. Over in one corner are several PCs so we can review the books on eHarlequin and make personal contributions to the Literacy Challenge. At night, special speakers (all of them Harlequin/Imprint published authors) tell their stories and answer questions from us.
