Coming up on book #100

I'm so close to reading my 100th book. I've set aside an Amy Andrews book for number 100. Silly I suppose, 'specially since it arrived today and I'm just really wanting to read it. I guess that means I need to just grab two shorter reads and whip through them. Oh to be as speedy as Sadhbh...sigh...how does she do it? (I'm a little bit in awe of her. No, make that a lot in awe of her.)

Guess I'll get back to reading and see how much I can get through in the next couple of days.

Perfect!

What a perfect author to choose for #100!  Way to go at almost being there, too! Laughing

Wow, congratulations, I am

Wow, congratulations, I am still a ways off of 100.  I am totally into picking a special book for 100.  Hope it turns out to be great.

I'm so excited! I am one

I'm so excited! I am one book closer. Somehow I managed to pick a madcap book to read and I was able to plow right through it. AA, I'm one book closer!

book 100

Perffect choice for book 100.  Lasy year RIta Herron was my choice for book 100 because an earlier read by her,  LAST KISS GOODBYE,  was the book that made me want to read romance, lots of romance.   I am not even close to book 100 but you have me wondering what to choose.  Stick to my favorite genre or choose a newer interest/author that I have discovered along the way?

By picking an Amy Andrews

By picking an Amy Andrews book I am going with a new interest/genre, but one that has rapidly become a favorite. I love the medicals--totally unexpected. I worried about authors getting the medical bits wrong and then I would have to throw the book at the wall. I have been very pleasantly surprised, but then so many of them are in the medical field.

Feeling Ill

Oh Nancy - no pressure on me here Surprised

I hope you like it because I'd hate to be the author that gives you an awful experience for that special number 100.

The fact that I know you're a nurse makes me even more nervous....

Amy - feeling queasy....

Oh, please don't get out the

Oh, please don't get out the emesis basin yet. I can't help it--it's a disease. I scanned a few spots in the book--I'm loving the few spots I looked at. But I should be able to put you out of your misery by Thursday. (It should be read by tomorrow-I just may not be able to blog until Thursday.) Wink

Well, I still have to blog

Well, I still have to blog book #99, but it is finished and I have started #100. Ever been sucked into a vortex? Well, shlurppppppppp... I have been sucked into, The Surgeon's Meant to Be Bride and have been riding an emotionally charged, run-away train. Sigh...

Favorite sentence, so far? "From the people she worked with to the locals who were unfortunate enough to end up on their operating tables, it was like living in an opera composed by the UN." What great imagery!

(See, Amy? I knew you didn't need to worry)

anyone want to be an anti-social readaholic like me Wink?

Glad you enjoyed your special first double oh spot Smile
