New Cover for my August Release!

Hooray, I finally just found the NA cover for my August release, FALLING FOR MR DARK AND DANGEROUS!  I think the NA colours work better with the artwork, to be honest.

What do you think?

I've been making it a special point to order books from ALL my writer friends here on eharlequin, because I think it's the best way to get to know everyone (and it gives me an even greater excuse to read! <GG>).  I recently placed an order for your 'The Soldier's Homecoming', and it should be arriving soon.  I like the very cozy look of this new one!  And what woman doesn't like the idea of a dark and dangerous man in her life!

 

 Oh, this is probably a dumb question, but what does NA stand for?  That's an acronym I haven't seen yet. Embarassed

North America.

The Mills and Boon versions have different covers.  Same artwork, but the layout is different.  If you go to http://donnaalward.blogspot.com/2008/04/things-looking-up-slightly.html you can see the UK cover that I scanned (hence it being slightly crooked, lol) when my hardbacks came (Mills and Boon also has a hardback program, but it's limited). 

The good thing about the Romance line is that the releases happen in the UK and NA at the same time.  They just look a little different.  Whereas a lot of the other lines have UK releases at one time and go to North America later.

Are you confused yet?  LOL

Long story short...thanks for ordering TSH.  Jonas is a bit dark and dangerous as well, but I loved him.  And to be honest Dark and Dangerous has a slightly Superromance feel to it I think.  So I'll be interested to see what you think once it's out.

Of course, the more you get to know my blogs here on eharlequin the more you'll realize that I'm always confused, Donna!  I was born in a cloud!  LOL 

Thanks for clearing up the NA.  And I did just peek at your blogsite and saw what you were talking about.  I also noticed that they mirror-reversed the image from the M&B to Harl's.  Amazing how much difference that makes in the layout. 

 

I'll add this one to my shopping cart, and definitely will let you know what I think of it - which I'm sure will be good!

Let me know what you think, that book seems so long ago now....

My sister and her husband are vets and so much of that information was from all the hours spent at their clinic.  I know she said that some of the things my hero said and did during his job reminded her of her husband.  :-)
