and it's Mother's Day here so I have my little darlings reminding me that they love me every couple of minutes
though I'm not complaining about any of that, especially NOT the last point
Hasn't the last month flown by (given that I posted my book #300 on April 27th)? We all seem to be bemoaning the same lack of time, and excess of books to blog and I can certainly identify with those problems. I'm suffering from a distinct lack of enthusiasm for surfing at the moment, but unfortunately know exactly where to lay the blame - work! The bilingual Excel files I've been battling with for the last month were hard on the eyes, and yes I delivered them on Friday but unfortunately the sequels have arrived
and are all ready for me to start on Monday
So reading books was a nice rest for my eyes, but they still have to be blogged sometime. because my counter may only read the number of days in a normal year, but in fact I'm actually about to start book #397 so the fourth double-oh spot will actually be read today or tomorrow, irrespective of when I get around to blogging it.
At least I have no shortage of TBR piles to choose from, but I'm actually thinking of awarding the spot to Everybody Loves Evie by Beth Ciotta, seeing as I've recently read (and not yet blogged) All About Evie. What do you think? (if you've read it or have it in your TBR?)
Okay that last paragraph was interrupted five times by a certain blond head (not wanting to tell me how much he loves me, but rather wanting me to drop everything to serve him everything he wants), so I've got the message - I won't be catching up on blogging right now
Catch y'all later, I hope - have a good Sunday

Oh, yes, Sadhbh...
....you should definitely do Everybody Loves Evie. I did a review for both books in the series. The Evie books are some of my favorites - Beth Ciotta said on one of her most recent blogs that she is currently working on the last chapter of Evie Ever After, the third Evie book. I love the first person voice and the characters really seem to pop (at least, I think so).
Anyway, HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY! Ours was a few weeks back so it feels a little funny to me to be saying that.
I love that we can all chat on eharlequin from around the globe. It's an awesome experience that people in the past would've absolutely died to be able to do. I love it!

Everybody Loves Evie looks
Everybody Loves Evie looks like a delightful book. I would say it's a great choice for a double 00 book. Happy M day!
