What woman hasn’t at one time or another fantasized about meeting the man from their dreams, literally. I know I have often wondered what would happen if someone from my dreams were a real person and what would happen if I should happen to meet them someday. In Dreaming of You, we see Ali’s experience with this. She wishes she could go back to sleep and meet her dream man again, never expecting that fate may very well be waiting for her.
I like to read these super short stories from The Wild Rose Press because they are perfect for when I only have five minutes to spare. I also like that they are a teasing glimpse at a new beginning. Dreaming of You is a perfect example of this, and we get not one, but two, new beginnings here. We have the beginning of a new life, Andrea’s new baby and the hint of a possible new love for Ali, real or imagined.
