Acheron is coming - Where are my fellow DH fans?

I'm anxiously waiting for Archron also. But I'm also waiting for Fury.

It has been abut 2 years since I started reading them, I am thinking of reading them again soon.

I just preordered the book from B&N. It was a total of 17.00 for the hardback. I also purchased the poster form his Magenta.

I haven't seen this before now. I can't wait till I get my copy in my hands. I plan on reading it as quickly as I can.

my copy today and can't wait to delve in. I need to finish Predatory Game by Christine Feehan first and then on to Acheron. 

I'm almost afraid to look at this thread now that the book is out.  I'm not sure whether I want to know all the spoilers yet.  I am Queen of Peekers though, so I will end up spoiling myself before I actually read it.  It's just a matter of how many spoilers I let people tell me, or how many spoilers people let themselves tell me, or how many spoilers I blindly stumble upon accidentally when I give in to curiousity and look at threads here or at SK's site.

I'm on book 9 I think out of 16, so I am halfway there towards Acheron's story.  I will read the books in order.  (though I might read say, book 11 before book 10 if the hero jumps out at me more at the time.  I won't read out of order more than that though, because I know things could get confusing and I'll appreciate it more if I stick to the order). 

.... maybe if this thread is going to have spoilers, someone could add that to the title?  (yeah, I know the Debs are probably going to think "Janet, concerned about spoiling other people?  Really?"  *disbelief*)

I just checked my library for this book out of curiousity... and there are 30 holds on it already.  Popular. 

I'm a newbie to this series.  I finished Fantasy Lover about two weeks ago.  I am already hooked and can't wait to work my way through the series. 

A friend of mine, who lives in TN, was at the release signing and got a copy of it signed for me.  I can't wait to get it!  Even though I can't read it yet I just want to look longingly at the cover and touch it.  LOL 

Hey Deb... I didn't put a hold on Acheron.  I did however a few weeks ago run and get every DH book I could from the library.  So maybe that's what you're remembering?  I am very lucky with my library...  I haven't checked out all 16 yet, but I think it does have most or all of them. 

I'm not going to put a hold on Acheron yet because I'm not ready yet to read it.  Gotta get the other books read first.  It wouldn't be fair to other readers for me to take out the book, then hold onto the book for three full weeks of the lending period, when I know I can't read the book for ages.  I'd rather just wait and see.  Once I get to the book, I'll probably check the library a few days before, and if I can't get it from the library instantly, I will have a perfect excuse to go and buy the book.  I think I'll want my own copy anyway.  Acheron is an epic guy.

*gives Star a rub on the back*  It's ok...  "In Transit" at my library usually means 24 hours and it's there.  That's gotta be good right?  Try to go a few hours before checking the status of your hold again.  It'll make time pass faster if you DON'T check every ten minutes like I would.  Good luck.

Are there paperback copies out or is it just hardcovers at this point?   The only hardback's I've bought lately were coffee table books. 

started Part II so where is everyone else now. Kenyon has really done it with this book.
