HELP HELP HELP HELP!!!

I'd like to buy some books - I'm also of course doing the book challenge, and I get those delicious monthly codes. However, the June one, "JUNEBOOKS" isn't working for me! Do I have the wrong code? Has anyone else had this problem?

WHAT IS GOING ON!??!!?

I know it's "only" 10% - but with enough books [and the fact that I am a destitute student...] every cent counts, and I'd rather save and buy... than go without [if that makes sense]. I need my harlequin book fix!

Will someone please help? Laughing Thanks so much.

p.s. - Yes, this is probably partly the accident/pain meds/throbbing headache talking. But I'd still like to know.

Hello - yes I have - I didn't know about her computer troubles until today :X - but... I know it's a big hassle, so she's most likely in and [sadly] mostly out. Poor girl. Computer worms are awful.

I figured out the coupon code (or rather, someone helped me figure it out to be exact!)... but did an email ever actually go out?  Because I missed it if so......

Yes! Thanks so much :) Love the eharlequin community. Lorie actually sent me an email (and I'm now seeing more and more just how "wow" that was) - poor her and computer problems.

I'd been waiting on the code as well.  Now, I guess I need to go figure it out myself.  There are a couple I have in the cart, I hope they don't dump before I have a chance to check out that code....

It would have been nice if

It would have been nice if someone had helped Lorie out before now.  I missed the code on my first order and it really gripes me.  It's embarrassing to have to call now so much after the fact. 10% isn't much compared to all the time we put in but it does help, especially now with gas prices and food prices on the rise.  It would have been nice if someone could have sent out a notice beforehand and there had been more communication with bloggers beforehand.

I agree - I feel bad for people who haven't even noticed. I know all of us are a tad embarassed about calling for 10% - but... you're right. It does add up. Gas here broke $4.00 a gallon [yes the cheapest!] and that makes me so sad. As a student, it hurts especially. I actually missed putting in my order on Friday - by minutes, really... so I missed out on the free book. My own fault, but it's still a bit upsetting.

Hopefully it can all be sorted out - I will say, that Harlequin customer service is some of the best I've ever encountered. I've only had one or two difficult/complicated situations - everyone is generally extremely friendly, personable, and helpful. [Someone from Dell was so rude to me, and then hung up on me! I'm still mad about it.]

Yes, I did figure the code and I placed my order on Friday.  Sorry you missed out on the free book.  I did not see the message board, guess it is something else I've missed recently. I, also, agree with Merrie, it would have been nice if someone could have stepped up at the beginning of the month to help Lorie out....
