It's back to the grind for me!

Yep, vacation is over and since I've been back this week, I've been nose-deep in writing as well as helping with fundraising efforts for our flood disaster victims.  Well, it's definitely time to take a quick break and rejoin my friends here at eHarlequin!

I was such a good girl while away on vacation Innocent - I didn't take a single techical gadget (except the camera) with me!  Of course, needless to say, it's taken me a while to get caught up on emails and blogs.  And, boy, did I miss eharlequin!  I think this site is addictive!  In a good way, of course!  Angel and a few others asked me to post pics of the caves, but I have to confess that even with my camera flash on, our snaps of the interiors were way too dark to see details.  So I'm posting this pic of Katie doing a little funky hunkering-pose in front of the exterior cave walls, instead.

Anyway, it feels GREAT to be back!  I have four great books to review, which was another plus for not taking any gadgets along, because I had plenty of time to read... well, in between hiking, site-seeing, boat-riding, touring the caves, and visiting a sheep farm, that is!  So, I guess I'd better get busy with these reviews, huh?

Vacation

I'm glad you're back. People were beginning to worry that you'd been caught in the flood somehow. It sounds like you had a great time.

Sparkle....

Yeah, we did have fun.  But it was also a good break for us because we've been helping out a lot with the flood victims (we didn't have any personal damage, thank heavens). Things are starting to shape up in town, but theres still so much more that needs done.

I'm glad I was missed!  And I appreciate everyone's concern.  My friends here on eHarl are the best! Smile
