Hi there, my name’s Julie.
I’m a fan of romantic fiction and a documentary maker based in the UK. I’m making a documentary that’s going to celebrate the success of Harlequin Mills & Boon books around the world. I want to make a warm, intelligent documentary that will take us into the private worlds of Harlequin Mills & Boon’s readers and writers. I hope to uncover the secrets of the romance novel’s enduring success and find answers to the perennial question “What do women really want?”
So far I’ve been concentrating solely on the UK romance world and I’ve had a fantastic time meeting British readers and writers of all ages and backgrounds. I am now eager to broaden my project out and start making contact with Harlequin Mills & Boon fans in North America. I’m interested to hear from readers, via email, what it is about the books that you love so much and how this passion for Mills & Boon relates to the rest of your life.
Also, it just so happens that I’m going to be in America from 28th July to 11th August. For most of my trip I’m going to be based in Los Angeles, but I am also hoping to go to San Francisco to attend the Romance Writers of America conference (30th July-2nd August). I would really love to be able to meet up with any readers who are going to be at the conference or who are based in LA.
I look forward to hearing from you and telling you more about my project. All the bestJulie Moggan / Landmark Films juliemoggan@yahoo.com

Dallas-Fort Worth (maybe coming or going?), we have a group of avid romance readers who get together regularly. If everyone showed up, we'd be about 20. We usually get about 6-10 of us each time.
Anyway, if it becomes possible, you can email me at rmg _ 303 @ yahoo . com (without the spaces), and I'll get something set up for you.
