I haven't been to Las Vegas since the early 1990's.  It sure has changed a lot. Glad you had a great holiday. We drove there one time so came across from Bakersfield, California. Isn't that a lonely stretch of dessert? My mother came out of a restroom complaning that there was no way to dry her hands and realized they were dry. We sure found the air extremely dry. The attractions have sure multiplied since we have been there. Thanks for posting your pictures.

we heard how dry it is out there.....well wouln't you know we went when they had high humidity.   I think we took it with us from Oklahoma.  The locals were complaining about the humidity.  Our joke between the three of us was "But it's a dry heat."  We bought tshirts that had that statement on them along with skeletons of animals and cowboys.  LOL

So did you ride the coaster at the top of the Stratosphere?

Great pictures. I missed the baby tigers on my last trip. My sister told me Siegfried & Roy actually brought them to ther MIrage themselves and hung around signing autographs.

not brave enough to ride the rides at the top of the Stratosphere!  It was my first airplane ride, I didn't think I should overload my sences anymore!  By the way, loved the flight, it was amazing going and coming! 

 I bought a Fuji Finepix S1000 about a month before we went to Vegas.  I love photography and want to get more involved in it.  I took some awesome pictures of my nephew playing baseball before we went.  Now that said, the pictures of the return flight, the clouds etc were taking on my Kodak Easy Share.  It's an amazing camera for the price and portability.
