HI everyone I need some help I need the recipe that is in the back of the American Romance An Honorable Texan. It's the bbq rib recipe. I let my copy go before I remembered  I wanted it.

Kraft Best 30-minute Barbequed Ribs

PREP TIME-20 minutes

TOTAL-30 minutes

 Makes: 6 servings about 4 ribs each

4 lbs pork baby back ribs

1 cup BULL'S-EYE  original or Kraft original bbq sauce

CUT ribs into 2-rib sections

Place ribs in dutch oven or large saucepan. Add enough cold water to cover ribs completely: cover with lid. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low: cover. Simmer 20 minutes:drain.

PREHEAT grill to medium heat. Grill ribs 10 minutes or until ribs are cooked through, turning occaisionally and brushing generourly with the bbq sauce. 

Serving Suggestion: Serve with a hot baked potato and a crisp mixed green salad tossed with you favorite Kraft dressing. 

USE your Microwave: Cut ribs into sections as directed. Place in large microwavable bowl. Add 1/2 cup water. Miocrowave on high 20 minutes, stirring gently after 10 minutes: drain. Grill as directed.

I have three cats but I do love dogs as well and yours is really beautiful.  How do you upload your pictures?  We tried to post some and couldn't get them on the site.

I have pictures in my documents file and when it say's upload search for the picture and click open. It should work.

On the other hand, Arizona might be a tad bit of a drive for me from Indiana, ya think?

I have no idea what we're doing for Labor day (we're last minute planners sometimes).  Usually we spend it with family who live locally.  Guess we won't be coming to Arizona this year....FrownWink
