Header Promotion
So I got to thinking the other day about the Top 10 ~ or whatever ~ books for 2008. The year is only a little more than half-over so I should have a pretty good number right? And I was fairly sure that, like last year, I was going to have more than just ten books that I rated at 5.0 stars (or even higher!)... and I was right.
Here is my list, to date, of books that I rated 5 out of 5 stars ~ or 5+ stars even. The books that are bolded, italicized and underlined are all 5,0+ stars, the others are merely 5 stars. Okay, that sounds bad... merely 5 stars? No such thing... it's just the others got to me that much more.

The only month that I didn't have a 5 star read was May.
Just for kicks, I also added the total number of books / stories that I read that are 4.5 of 5 stars... Ummm, I have a few of those: Up to today ~ July 19 ~ I've rated 54 of the 206 books that I've read as 4.5 stars of 5. And no, I'm not going to list them... at least not yet. But I will break it down by month, 'cause that's just the obsessive kinda person that I am.
- January ~ four @ 4.5 stars
- February ~ six @ 4.5 stars
- March ~ eight @ 4.5 stars
- April ~ six @ 4.5 stars
- May ~ seven @ 4.5 stars
- June ~ thirteen @ 4.5 stars
- ½ July ~ ten @ 4.5 stars
Guess I know how to pick 'em eh?
....That or I finally decide to read books that others have raved about.

I love the
obsessive person that you are! I really enjoy seeing all of the numbers broken down. I've only read about half of your bold, italacized and underlined reads. This gives me an excuse to add more books to my list. LOL

... and the books that I've rated the 5+ stars were all, except for Lover Enshrined, books that others had raved about ~ and why I had looked for and ultimately read. They're the absolutely AMAZING ones!

Snyder's books but they never make it to my shopping cart. They do look really good.
