Header PromotionI found out I read the wrong book! Somehow the title was part of the Alcolar Bundle I downloaded but it was not Kate Walker's book. The book did not have anything to do with the Alcolar family. I had to go to the Mills and Boon Website that Kate directed me to to get the correct story. Thanks Kate for the info and I really enjoyed reading Alex and Louise's story.
So I read an 11 Chapter book that I have no idea who wrote it. The story was good and I enjoyed it. Don't really know how it got put in the bundle just that I was confused and couldn't figure out how a guy named Jordan was supposed to be part of the family. Thought that was kinda weird and hope it doesn't happen to anyone else that gets the Alcolar bundle.
The real story is about Alex who comes back to find out why Louise is claiming to be his wife. Things are not what he expected at all. This book sets up the stories to follow. Of course it's not necessary to read this to enjoy Kate's other books. They're all well written and enjoyable. But the mystery remains who's book did I read?

Wow, that is so weird! I buy bundles all the time, it would be very strange to read a story in one, and find it wasn't by the author I had expected it to be. Did the ebook bundle you bought have copyright info in it? Very strange....

With some help from the great eHarlequin team, I've managed to sort this out.
There was a mistake in the content of this book bundle - I still don;t know whose book you got in with The Alcolar Family trilogy but no, if definitely wasn't mine!
And it wasn;t just your kindle version, Deb - the wrong story is in all of them. So the ebook team are on to this now and the correct version is being checked and sorted ready for release wherever the book is sold on Monday. You may even have had an email about this already Deb.
So I need to thank you again for posting the reviews of The Alcolar Family Trilogy because you brought this problem to my attention and I was able to ask Harlequin to look into it. And they've acted so promptly that readers who had the wrong version should get a replacement - this time with the full Alcolar Collection in it and a copy of Alex's story Wife For Real.
As I would never have known about this without you Deb, I'd like to say a special thank you and if you email me kate AT kate-walker.com then I'll arrange to send you a little token of my appreciation at helping me get this problem cleared up so fast.

I like mysteries but I like them in books and I like them solved. I'm really glad you happened on my post so were able to correct the problem. It is disappointing when you're expecting one thing and get another. Hopefully not too many people were put off by the mistake. Glad you've gotten it cleared up so future readers won't be confused with trying to figure out how that book is part of the Alcolar Family!
