Lots of photos!
The Rides –
I was trying to snap a photo of them upside down but…
The hubby loves the rides as much as the kids.
Is 12 a good brother or what?
The Animals –
4 had to be coaxed into petting the lambs and goats but then he didn’t want to leave.
10 absolutely LOVED this turkey.
The fair had a lumber jack ‘display’ (not sure what you call it–they
had shows and certain times where the kids could try the different
activities out). 10, my middle son was the only one brave enough out of
both our families to give it a shot. Well, I take that back…4 really,
REALLY wanted to join the fun too, but his Dad and I deemed him too
young to play with saws and run on a log. He was not happy with us.
There were football players there signing team photos.
After the fair we had a fire in the backyard. Usually we go camping
in the summer but this year there won’t be time. We had just enough
time to eat some smores before a storm rolled in.
Does our guest have the right idea or what? I found him here when I went to retrieve more marshmallows.
Enjoying life.

Imagination... the magical whispers from within.

Your neighborhood looks so
Your neighborhood looks so homey. I'd say "old-fashioned" but you might take that wrong. It looks like neighborhoods looked when I wa a kid, without all the McMansions.

I love Carnival rides!
My nephew, who is 7, and I love to ride the carnival rides when the carnival is in town. We always go on bracelet night so it's less expensive.
Thanks for sharing the pics Nicole, and I agree, your neighborhood looks very inviting.

Great pictures
I have figured out how to go back in your blog and look at your pictures. Great shots of Mr. Cyclops--reminds me of the grass we grow for our cats. That's as far back as I went . You have such a great looking family and Kia is a real sweetie also.
