Header PromotionWell, this is a random question - but I'd like to know if anyone remembers what Harlequin (generally) does - for it's "Twelve Days of Christmas" - and all the great sales and promotions... generally the last day all the books are X percent off - I was wondering if anyone remembers what I'm talking about and what that percentage is.

p.s. - And I think I've reached a conclusion? Yes? On Dec 12, 2007 it was all books, yes all books were 40% off. Let me know if I'm wrong, but that's what I'm going with!

but last December during the twelve days of Christmas was the first time I ordered on this site. I remember that a couple of the days had discounts on certain authors books and one day had a really great discount on Christmas books, because I ordered a lot of them. I do remember that you could see the different offers at first.

I have no idea if it's "tradition" or not - I've only been ordering for a little over a year or so as well? I know each day another sale is revealed and you get little hints... but there's always some super sale and I'm trying to figure out what it is.

If you have sign up for the email Newsletters, you will be notified in advance all the specials HQ has from time to time. If you buy ebooks from HQ, you also need to sign up for the ebooks' site newsletters (this is seperate from the printed books) & ebooks' special discounts.
The Christmas' discount will be notified on this site & through email newsletter sometime around the Thanksgiving time.
Some printed books may sold out by that time, but not the ebooks.

day 1, 2, 3 & 4 .. I don't know
day 5 - all eBooks half price with coupon
day 6 - get a free Holiday stocking with any purchase
day 7 - buy two or more books and get a Nora Roberts book free
day 8 - get a free Advent calendar with any purchase
day 9 & 10 ... I don't know
day 11 - get a free tablerunner when you buy 3 books
day 12 - save 40% on all print books
right after that there was a selection of holiday books at 35% off ... and then from Dec 21 to 25 there was free shipping .... and there was also a promo of buy two books get the third free from a selection of print books, this was the ring in the New Year promo

I don't keep old newsletters but have my order confimations. They must have been good deals that month cause I order 6 times
