     “Son of the Sea”  Another Winner for this Fourth  Noc Bites!

     This is my fourth Noc Bite story and it continues the excellence displayed in the first three books.  Readers should be aware that  “Son of the Sea”  features the rape of the heroine by the hero which I find objectionable.

     In “Son of the Sea” the hero is a merman and the heroine is a human Keeper who does not know she is a Keeper. The hero is a Guardian defending his people from evil forces. He needs the Keeper to find the Jar which has the power needed to defeat the bad guys. This story has many fantasy elements. I am more comfortable with more traditional vampires and werewolves.  Fans of this subgenre should enjoy this story if they can get past the rape scene.
