If I could only save one person's books it would be Sharon Sala.  I have never read a bad book by her and she is a wonderful person when you meet her. 

There are so many others that I would love to save also but it is very hard to decide.

I think he looks really good.  I will keep an eye out for it when my books come in September.

another get togther group soon if she keeps meeting people on her trips.  Glad that you had a good time.  Penn is a wonderful person and we always enjoy when we get together in the the Dallas area.   It is fun to talk about books wth outher book lovers.

book that you do not like.  I am usually one that will just not review the book but I have done some negative comments in a review, but I do try and tell what I liked about the book as well as what I did not like about it. 

I do try and let people know if there are "hot" buttons that are pushed so that if they have issues then they will not get this book. 

a good book.  It can be short and sweet without any sex or a hot book with a lot of it.  As long as the story is good I am not worried about the sex part. 

I enjoy reading a lot of different kinds of books but always come back to romance because I enjoy knowing there will be a happy ending.  You  see so much now that is not happy in any way so it is nice to go somewhere that you know will end good.

Catherine Mann, Raeanne Thayne, Marie Ferrella and Cindy Dees. Maggie Price and Diana Duncan are great also. Carla Cassidy has a series about body guards - Wild West Bodyguards and has a new one in July. Linda Turner in SRS is also good. She has a new series Broken Arrow Ranch which is very good. Julie Miller and Delores Fossen are great in Intrigues as well as Mallory Kane. Rita Herron also writes for Intrigue and hers are good also.

I make sure that I carry a book and sometimes people will talk about books and who they like or dislike.  I have seen some who just sit there and it would drive me crazy to do that.  If I do not have a book then I at least read the newspaper or a magazine.

Delores great post and sorry that you lost so many pictures in Katrina.

Four years ago my niece did a video for a class and gave it to my dad for Christmas a couple of months before he passed away.  She took old pictures of my brothers and myself and put it to music and it was great.  She made copies for all of us so that we could keep it.  It is nice to pull it out and see it again since my dad and my oldest brother are both gone now.

This sounds like an interesting series and has some of my favorite authors contributing to it.

Looking forward to some more of theTaylor clan and Precinct books. 

 

I think that some series can go on too long.  The Fortunes series just keeps going and going.  I enjoy the series like the Wingman Warriors by Catherine Mann where you get new characters but also get to see others in some books but not all.

 One of the best series I read was Family Secrets - They kept the story going and the characters doing the same things.
