---the GH closet, that is! Yup, I'm a GH fan. Though, I have to admit, I haven't watched it since we left for vacation. OMG. I'm missing it!  Great hint, Ellen! ;)

Ellen, I posted the pre-conference trivia game on a couple loops. Let's see if anyone stops by. <G>

Susan, I think a mid-day nap is definitely going to be a must. The days at conference are sooooo long!

LOL Kaelee! That pretty much is my motto when I travel. I can sleep when I'm home but while I'm there? I want to do as much as possible.

Whoops! Forgot to comment on this. I missed the PJ party last year because I didn't know where it was and I was sooo disappointed! They're always so much fun. But there is so much going on Thursday evening, too. *sigh* That now makes me trying to be in four places at once Surprised and a 7 AM breakfast with my ed. OMG. I'm going to have huge bags under my eyes by then! LOL

Kaelee, thank you so much for ordering the Tulanes! I hope you'll drop me a line and tell me what you think. I haven't been back over to the snippet thread. I was reading instead of getting my work done. LOL Hazard of the job, I guess. Anyway, thanks again and do let me know what you think of them when you've finished reading them. BTW, there will be five stories total (just thought I'd throw that in there <G>) The last three are out in March, July and November of 2009.

Ellen, Too, thanks so much for pimping my books! You're a sweetheart. I so hope you like Luke's story as much as you liked Nick and Garret's. :)

Harlequin has graciously donated 10 bags for the prize bags, along with CDs and pens. The bags will be filled with author donations of books etc, as well. If anyone is  hesitating on whether or not to come, the prizes alone will worth it (not to mention you get to hang out with the Superromance authors Innocent. We're a fun, easy-going and casual group. We don't bite--much. <G>)

I also just ordered T-shirts that say I (heart) Nick Tulane in honor of  my current release. Quanities are limited so it's first ask, first get, but if I see you wearing the T-shirts (they'd be great for the PJ party, the Superromance Readers' Party and loungin'/touring SF), you'll get an extra prize!

Kay - really wanting to go tiara shopping now!

Ellen, you're starting the party early! <G> Sounds like a great trivia game going on. I'm so excited about our party. It's going to be lots of fun. I hope everyone will stop by and check things out.

     Kay - looking for a tiara :)

Sandy Sue, thank you so much! I agree with Ellen, as well. ;) <G> Great job! Thanks for adding HIS SON'S TEACHER to your TBR pile.

As to another snippet. Here's one from my March, 2009, release. Not title yet, but it's Luke's story (Luke is Nick's twin/the hero in His Son's Teacher). Oh, and this is at the revision stage which means it could change later. <G>

Tossing one's cookies on gorgeous Italian leather shoes had a way of ruining a girl's day.

Shelby Brookes gasped for air and glared down at the offending footwear, glad she knew better than to spend her hard-earned cash on overpriced shoes that wore the same as the regular-priced ones. But Luke Tulane had been raised with the best of everything and he obviously didn't realize no woman liked seeing a man wearing better shoes than she owned herself. "Sorry."

The word came out as a gasp. A choked, oh please, not again, groan of undisguised misery as her stomach muscles flip-flopped like circus clowns on a trampoline. This could not be happening.
