Interest : Reading, scrapbooking, baking, being outside, playing with my kids and dogs, taking walks with hubby. As far as books go, I like pretty much any kind of romance except suspense and paranormal. I have tons of Harlequin SuperRomances in my TBR pile, as well as Harlequin Historicals, Blaze, Medical Romance, Silhouette Desire, to name a few. I have over 300 books in my TBR bookshelf that I need to read. Also, I love cookbooks and have probably 300 of them as well. I mostly like the older ones (from the 20s, 30s, 40s).

- 06/05/2008 - 14:18Oh, I'm glad you got it and that you like it! I love the little bead on the tassle as well.
No need to reimburse. I was happy to be able to find it and send it to you. It's a random act of kindness from one bookworm to another.
- 06/02/2008 - 09:58Congrats! And LOL @ the peg leg bit. That made me laugh.

Oh, isn't she adorable?? What a cutie!
My kindergartner isn't having a graduation, as far as I know. Nobody has told me he is. LOL
- 05/23/2008 - 10:05I'd normally jump on this offer....... but my willpower is being tested today. I'm the one who should be offering books. I have over 300 in my TBR pile. However, I really do want to read them before I part with them. My library gets my unwanteds for their 'Friends of the Library' book sale.

I did look at the winners of previous years as well. Fun to look at them!
The bare butt..... holy moly, I voted that as the worst. I also made a comment that the title wasn't very good, either! LOL

The bookstore does have a website (http://www.soulfoodbooks.com/) but it doesn't appear that you can order anything from it. I haven't had a chance to run over there but may be able to do it today.

Oh for the day of tea parties! My youngest son, age 5, would actually enjoy those. LOL
My parents live in Arizona and I live in Washington state. They do drive up for the summer each year (they don't stay with us) and will be able to take the boys a couple days each week. I found out that hubby's classes for summer quarter are in the evenings (hallelujah!) so he will be available during the day for the kids. I'm sure he'll want to spend time studying instead of chasing after them!
