Nancy, 30??? I like that because then you can choose the cup to fit your mood.
One of the main reasons I use my Tweety Bird cup is because it always makes me smile.

Kaelee, wow. What a great teacup! It's wonderful that you found one that reminded you of your pets.
<<Odd Squad in the morning>>
LOL. I love that. Now, that's the way to start the day with a smile.

Kaelee, the Indian paintbrush usually bloom about the same time as the bluebonnets so you get that beautiful blue mixed with the red.

Ellen, that's a GREAT site. Thanks!

Kaelee, the bluebonnets are spring flowers so March or April are when they bloom. At the Houston airport, they have them planted along the runway so it's the first thing you see when you land in the spring.

Ellen, I agree--I'd love some wildflowers on the cover. Hmmm. On the art fact sheets, we have to describe scenes from the book, and I'll make sure I emphasize the bluebonnets and Indian Paintbrush.
Thanks for the idea!

Deb, I did that too! The bluebonnets made such a beautiful background, even though I remember having to work to get the kids to stand still while I took the pictures.
I'm writing a Texas Ranger book now that's set in central Texas in the spring, and I'm putting in LOTS of wildflowers.

Kaelee, LOL--I love seeing the wildflowers too, and that's why I try to make it to the country every spring just so I can get an eye full.
Thanks so much. I hope you enjoy the books in the series!

Ellen and Kaelee, you're right!! He could be the model. Hmmm. Wonder if he was.
I know one other person on the boards whose baby was on some of the covers. It was fun to email with her because most of the time, we have no idea who the models are.

Kaelee, I LOVED writing Duets, and I missed the line so much when it closed.
I'm glad you like the single dad stories. Even though you don't read many Intrigues, maybe you'll give it a try.
Ah, bluebonnets. They are SO beautiful. I love them best when they're mixed with some Indian Paintbrush. The colors just seem to burst. I used to take pictures of my kiddos (when they were little) standing in the field of wildflowers. You can beat Texas in the spring when everything's in bloom.
I'm heading over to find NicoleR's post now.
