To resize pictures you go to my pictures .
right click on the one you want
click on edit in the menu
click on resize
click on the costum check spot
back space to clear th first number. Type in 160
go to second number back space to clear then type in 160
Save this and your picture should be the right size
If you have a system other then windows I don't now how you would do it

Hate it.
Hate the faded color I can't see it very well
Hate the blog format of the whole site
Hate the fact it is so hard to find anything
