Hi everyone!! I hope everyone is having a good day so far. This Master's program is kicking my behind. Hopefully it will ease up some so that I can get some reading in.
Lisa, I'm sorry to hear about the flooding.
I am about to begin reading, Stop Me by Brenda Novak. I've heard a lot of good things about this one and I am really looking forward to reading it.
- 07/15/2008 - 11:05The character that I found most interesting was Carla. Even though in the beginning I didn't care for her but she grew on me. Especially since she didn't take any stuff from Aunt Sophie and definitely put her in her place. Also because she always spoke her mind and in the end she was there for Penny. I would say find a man for Aunt Sophie and maybe she wouldn't be in everyone's business.

- 07/07/2008 - 13:42I've read Guarding His Body by A.C. Arthur and I loved it! I also read Just Desserts by Brenda Jackson and I loved that as well. It was a nice wrap up to the series.

Jeannie, I haven't read her Dundee books but I will have to look to see if I can find some of them. The last trilogy she did was the first time I read her books. Hopefully I will get to start Stop Me soon.
Sandi, I really enjoyed book one in the SBC series. I am looking forward to the other two books in this series. I am reading two different e-books right now and probably will add Brenda Novak's Stop Me soon. I usually have two or three books going at one time.
I hope everyone had a great 4th. Since it is raining here today, I will probably get some school work done and finish up the Harry Potter book that I started last week. Have a great one everyone!

Right now I am reading a couple of different e-books, one of them being One Wild Wedding Night by Leslie Kelly. I hope everyone has a safe and Happy 4th!!
