    All the bills are paid

    And the munney’s gone.

    I’d be a happy bat

If I dint have to mow the lawn.

    I’d be safe and warm

If I wuz back in bed.

    But long grass is a-callin’

And I got this turble dread.

    Got my coughee fix

    Like I duz every day.

It ain’t the grass I’se sweatin’

    But whar’s my doGdamned pay?

Wish to hail Blabbermouth would come home. They's so many ins and outs ... minds outta the gutter, batsies ... in this gnu story, I'se gettin' dizzy (NYD) tryna figger 'em out.

Anyhow, youse can hexpect heavy rain and frequent cloud-to-ground lightning strikes.

    Hang tough.

Edits are dung ... least as much as I'se gotten back ... Blabbermouth has defarted the building agin, and it's too oily fer coughee.

I'se toyin' wif a idear fer a gnu story, but it's got so many holes in it I doubt iff'n it'll ever git off the ground.

Oh, well. Whatcha guano do in a small town?

A woman was driving down an Arizona back road when she saw an old Indian woman hobbling along in the heat of the day so she stopped to give her a ride.

As they started rolling again, the Indian elder noticed a brown paper bag lying on the seat between them. She pointed a gnarled finger down at it and asked, “Whiskey?”

“Yes,” the driver replied. “I got it for my husband.”

The old Indian woman pursed her lips and nodded ponderously. “Hey! Good trade!”
