    Kathleen,

I'm so glad you enjoyed Patrick and Aisha's story. Smile (I'm still all about Lawrence Hightower personally... But Patrick is certainly my second favorite Hightower... But if you add that cutie/sweetie pie Dillon to the mix together they might tie Lawrence... LOL) I was kind of sad writing Sizzling Seduction because I didn't want the series to end. But then I remembered that I still have to tell Maritza and Terrill story and I'll get to revisit the Hightowers and maybe catch up a little... Wink I'm so glad you moved Sizzling Seduction up on your to-be-read pile. If your pile looks anything like mine, then I can certainly appreciate the effort! LOL. Thanks for letting me know what you thought of it!

I wouldn't have minded the singing as much if it wasn't the whole entire song every single time. Heck, I love music. I even love musicals... Grease is my all time favorite movie... I think it bothered me in this film because of the heavy handed way it was done. It just felt like overkill at a point. Also, because I love music so much, I really listen to lyrics more than anyone. And I didn't like the lyrics for the majority of the songs, except for the Mary J. Blige theme song and the church songs and the Rock Steady cover in the beginning of course (love Rock Steady...) Anyway...I really enjoyed the movie. So when I purchase the DVD, I'll be fast forwarding through the singing like your son, Star. LOL.

Oh and Ms. M, I certainly did read Dark Slayer. You know I couldn't resist. LOL. I loved it. Ivory was such a wonderfully strong heroine. I felt like she and Razven were almost like the superheroes that the Carpathians needed to combat the evil Mage. I really wish she would come out with two Dark Hunter novels a year... *sigh*

I just saw I Can Do Bad All By Myself also! It was really good. I just love that Adam Rodriguez and Tariji can act her behind off. I also just adored the kids. I could have done without a lot of the singing... but oh well... Good stuff...

Oh cool, Simona! I hadn't thought of doing that. I'll have to make some up. That would help with shipping...

Is he a Trinidadian, Simona? I caught a hint of an accent when I listened to his You Tube statement. But I couldn't place the country...

Great topic for discussion, Roslyn. I agree with Wayne. The super rich hero plays into the fantasy element of the romance. I think that might also be a big reason why romance is doing so well in these harsh economic times. For about six bucks a person can escape for a little while from the world where she or he is trying to make ends meet and live vicariously through characters who don't have to worry about that. I personally like to see more variety and see heroes who may not be super rich or who have regular nine to five jobs. But if I'm honest, I have to say I don't want to read about a financially strapped hero who is living day to day on a string and a prayer. I can look out the window and see that every day. I don't want to read about it. So, yes, the super rich hero gets a big ole yes from me. But a honest, harworking average guy who has saved and invested well and can treat the heroine right gets my vote as well. Wink I think the key and most pressing factor for the hero is...is he HOT?
